Once you've experienced the beautiful aroma of high quality vanilla you will never look back.
Some manufacturers use large amounts of sugar in their vanilla extract. You might ask why they would do that? Sugar doesn't add to the evocative characteristics of natural vanilla. They do have a motive! It does however mask the harsh taste of unaged extract. Our vanilla extract is naturally aged for no less than 6 months.
To begin the process our extract is tendered on a daily basis, then later, weekly, until fully mature at 6 months. This developes the full heady experience that only comes from full natural maturation.
We only use tripple distilled alcohol in our vanilla extract, while most manufacturers use ethanol to extract the vanilla flavour from the beans.
When you think about it, do you really want a chemical that is used as an additive in your cars fuel to be used in your vanilla extract.
